Our Story
Jiří Plíšek has spent more than 30 years working with football talent at the highest levels of the game.
In 2002, he met a young player in Sarajevo who few people believed in. He was tall, raw and still searching for the right path. Jiří saw something deeper — desire, character and a love for football that needed no words.
He gave him challenges, guidance and belief. Over time, their relationship became more than coaching. It became mentorship.
That young player was Edin Džeko.
This experience and philosophy became the foundation of Be The Next Diamond: talent needs more than ability. It needs the right environment, honest guidance and people who believe before the world does.
Today, this knowledge continues through the Be The Next Diamond team and Diamond Coach Pro.
